100 % Whole Wheat Peanut Butter and Jelly Bread

 

 Preparation Time: 10 minutes  
    Cooking Time: 40 minutes  
    Servings: 12  
    Ingredients:  
    
     300 ml of water  
     118 g peanut butter  
     118 g strawberry jelly  
     23 g light brown sugar  
     2 g salt

3 g baking soda  
     3 g baking powder  
     45 g vital wheat gluten  
     783 g whole wheat flour  
     15 g whole wheat flour  
     7 g active dry yeast  
    
    Directions:  
    
     Add water, peanut butter, jelly, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, gluten, 783 g plus 15 g whole wheat flour and yeast, respectively, to the mold of a bread maker.   
     Choose 1 1/2-pound bread, medium crust, wheat cycle, and press Start.
